Terms of Service

Service Scope

Pulse provides software tools for resume analysis, optimization workflows, and related job-search utilities. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, compensation outcomes, or specific employment results.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for account security, all activity under your account, and the truthfulness and legality of all content you submit.

Subscription, Cancellation, Refunds

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges. No refunds are provided for prior billing periods, partial periods, or unused usage, except where required by law. Credits granted as part of a subscription are tied to that subscription: they reset each billing period and do not roll over, and any that remain unused when the subscription ends are forfeited. Credits bought separately in one-time packs do not expire and are not affected by canceling a subscription.

All purchases are final. Credits are redeemed the moment they are applied (such as a resume analysis, optimization, or export); at that point the paid service has been performed and delivered, and the purchase is not refundable, in whole or in part, except where required by law. Dissatisfaction with the content of outputs does not entitle you to a refund — outputs are reviewable before further use, and credits remaining on your account stay available to re-run or refine results. Unused credit balances are not redeemable for cash. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

AI and Third-Party Services

Features may rely on AI models and third-party providers. Outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

Policy and Service Changes

We may modify these Terms, policies, pricing, and service features at any time. Updated versions are effective when posted (or on a stated effective date). Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, security concerns, legal risk, or misuse.

Disclaimer and Limitation

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to use of the service.
